Shipping & returns

We take orders on WhatsApp so a real person can check your size before anything leaves the studio.

01 · Ordering

How an order works

  • Add pieces to your bag and tap Order on WhatsApp. Your list, sizes and total arrive in a chat with the studio.
  • We confirm stock and fit, then send payment details in IDR — bank transfer or a payment link.
  • Your pieces are reserved as soon as payment lands, and we send a note when they leave.
02 · Delivery

Bali, Indonesia and abroad

  • Bali villas — same-day scooter courier for orders confirmed before 18:00 WITA. The fee shows in your bag.
  • Across Indonesia — dispatched from Canggu within two working days. We confirm the rate in the chat.
  • International — on request. Tell us your country and we'll quote tracked shipping before you pay.
03 · Returns

Thirty days, unworn

  • Return anything unworn, unwashed and with its tag within 30 days of delivery.
  • Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and we'll send the return address.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven days of the piece reaching us. Return postage is yours unless the piece is faulty.
  • Bikini bottoms and lingerie are final sale for hygiene, unless faulty.
04 · Exchanges

Wrong size?

Swaps for another size are free inside Bali and we cover the outbound postage elsewhere in Indonesia. Ask on WhatsApp and we'll hold your new size while the first one travels back.
