We collect as little as we can, keep it in one place and never sell it.

What we collect

Only what you send us

  • Orders — the pieces, sizes and total from your bag, plus the name, address and phone number you share on WhatsApp.
  • Contact form — your name, email, topic and message.
  • The letter — your email address.
Where it lives

Two services, nothing else

  • Form entries and order summaries are stored in a private Google Sheet (Google LLC) that only the studio can open.
  • Order conversations happen on WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy terms.
  • Your bag and currency choice are kept in your own browser's local storage. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels.
How we use it

To answer and to deliver

We use your details to reply, to fulfil and deliver orders, and — only if you joined the letter — to write to you a few times a season. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Order records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax rules require; letter and contact entries are deleted on request.

Your rights

Ask, correct, delete

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022) you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to studio@toimoietlamer.com and we'll reply within a week.
